Do you have a local shop that I can visit?

No, at the moment we are just working as an e-commerce store, but we hope that in the future we will be able to welcome you in our own shop and meet in real life.

How to choose the right size harness?

2 measurements: lower neck and chest. Please follow the instruction of measuring your dog here.

My dog is between 2 sizes. What should I do?

If the difference is small you should usually take the bigger size. If not sure, write us a message and we will assist you.

How to wash my harness?

Team Paws harnesses are made of materials that are very easy to clean and take care of. It can be machine washed (low temperature 30°C / 86 °F), dries fast and does not require ironing. More information here.

Can I buy a gift card?

We are working towards implementing gift cards as soon as we can.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. If you can receive a registered post in your address you can also receive our products.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Master cards, Apple Pay, American Express.

How do you ship and how much does it cost?

To ensure the lowest shipping price for all our customers we use registered and trackable shipping by the local post office. All packages are packed in recyclable and size efficient packaging and delivered with standard rate. Shipping price will not exceed 10 Euros for orders of up to 3x XS or S harnesses or 2x M size harnesses. Precise amount will be displayed at the checkout process. When will my order ship?

All orders are packed and shipped as fast as possible, so our furry customers can start wearing their new harnesses in no time. You can be sure that the order will be shipped no later than 48 hours after order confirmation.
NOTE: we do not ship in the following banking holidays:

  • New Year (December 31srt-January 1st)
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Sunday
  • Easter Monday
  • Spring day (May 1st)
  • Midsummer Festival (June 23rd-24th)
  • Independence Day November 18th (Latvia)
  • Christmas (December 24th-26th)

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are trackable. Once an order is shipped you will receive a tracking number and link where you can track your order.

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping usually takes up to 10 days for orders in Europe and up to 20 days for orders in other regions.
Please note: due to the pandemic your orders can be delayed.

Returns & refunds

I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I change it?

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you made a mistake contact us at and let us know:

  • Your order number (can be found in the confirmation email you receive after completing checkout process)
  • Mistake (size, address etc.) and needed corrections.

If we have not shipped your order before receiving your mail, we will do our best to do the necessary corrections. In case we have already shipped the item, please check our Refund policy.

I received my order, but I chose the wrong size. What can I do?

As long as the harness is unused with its original tags and packaging you can return the item and request a refund. To start a return, contact us at Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, organize the refund and then you can purchase the right size.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. More details on returns and refunds please find in our Refund policy.

Can I exchange my item?

To exchange an item you will have to return the order and request a refund. Once a refund is accepted, feel free to order your desired item. More information in our Refund policy.

How do I return items?

You can return items within 30 days and it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and organize the refund.

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue your refund for returned items once your returned parcel has reached us. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed and money returned. All refunds are issued in the same payment method as your original payment. Depending on the bank services it can take up to 7working days for you to see your money back in your bank account.

How long do I have to return my items?

You have 30 days to return the item. Before returning, please contact us at so we can assist you with the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
