This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at Infucio LLC subdivision teampaws.store online store.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMEAll orders are shipped within 48 hours (including weekends) after receiving your order. You will receive an order confirmation email in the e-mail address provided in the checkout process.
You will receive another e-mail notification with your order tracking number when your order has shipped.
All orders placed within these national holidays (see the list below) will be dispatched within 48 hours starting from the following working day:
- New Year (December 31st-January 1st)
- Good Friday
- Easter Sunday
- Easter Monday
- Spring day (May 1st)
- Midsummer Festival (June 23rd-24th)
- Independence Day November 18th (Latvia)
- Christmas (December 24th-26th)
In case of any delays with order shipping, we will inform each customer individually. Delays may occur due to the postal service problems that are out of our control.
SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PO BOXESAt the order checkout process please fill out all address fields that apply and provide precise address details. In case of missing or inaccurate information we can not guarantee shipping within 48 hours. In cases of address errors customers will be contacted personally via e-mail.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.
International shipping rates and estimate delivery timeWe offer worldwide shipping (with some exceptions)*. Precise shipping charges for your order will be displayed at the checkout.
To keep the package safe and costs low all orders are trackable, delivered as registered packages via the local post office and packed in recyclable and size efficient packaging.
Delivery charges are calculated by Latvijas Pasts tariffs and vary depending on package weight. Table below shows approximate prices for packages containing up to 3 XS or S harnesses or 2 M size harnesses.

Your order may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Team Paws store is shipping from Europe and is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
* We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Ascension Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, French Southern Territories, Kosovo, Mayotte, Somalia, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, Timor-Leste, Tristan da Cunha, U.S. Outlying Islands, Western Sahara, Yemen.
** Delivery time can change due to the delivery service errors or unexpected events.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace shipping rates by posting updates and changes to our website. You can review the most current version of the shipping rates to specific regions at any time at this page.
LOCAL DELIVERYWe offer local delivery with the service of Latvijas pasts to all orders within the territory of Latvia.
ORDER TRACKINGWhen your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and instructions that you can use to check its status.
All local and international order status can be checked here.
If you haven’t received your order within:
- 14 days for Europe region of receiving your shipping confirmation email,
- 21 day for other worldwide destinations
please contact us at marta@teampaws.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Note: Due to the political situation and pandemic there might be delays with international orders.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGESWe accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount excluding the shipping costs. To start a return, you can contact us at marta@teampaws.store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@teampaws.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
